Hi there,
An executive board is the inter-working for the board of directors. normal what happens is the agenda for the board is passed amount them for approximately two weeks. After the online or paper discussion the finalized agenda is printed and given at the board meeting. It is printed as a formality. Although we are in the era of a paperless generation this tradition continues, it is for the purpose to allow board members a place to take notes or just jot down ideas.
The board of directors is recommended that people are placed stratigeically to enrich your company. I recommend that you look in your community's and choose wisely the people you want on the board, I would recommend members from as many fields of employment that are out in the community. That one consider people form different professions as a way to enchanted ones knowledge.
I be so bold to suggest one place a banker or other financial people to assist with the budgets and other long term financially planning. A physician to help with anything that may affect humans life, a pastor or religious person to help maintain the integrity of the goals set forward. I also suggest a husband and or wife of employees to receive that honest feedback of what it is like married to a person who is employed by your business. This is important onto only as an executive in the business , also because a happy employee is a n employee who will help you succeed,
As I personally when through my list I found it both a pleasure to interview people form other professions. This helped me understand at greater depths the mission of my company and business as also understanding my limits in y own industry.

Why Should Your Staff Meet Your Board of Directors
Hi there,
Please read the disclaimer on the contact page Like, Leave a comment and subscribe. Please click on an advertiser, they like that.
There are things about working with board of directors that I really enjoy and one of them is helping them become successful. Part of success is knowing the people you work with and how they handle new situation. Here are some things I think are important.
Staff / Board Interaction
- Employees should have the opportunity to visit a board meeting to listen and understand what the greater purpose of the business is,
- The executives within the business should have to attend the monthly board meetings, The executive board meeting should always be attending by the CEO and if he request any other executive of his choosing,
- At least one a year the executive staff member should attend and make a presentation before the board of directors.
- This allow for the staff members to grow and not only get encouraged get the support they need for their personal development and growth within the company.
- It will help establish a foundation on which to build personal relationships.
- How good is your staff. The staff can then have the yearly presentation used as part of the yearly evaluation.
As your company or business grows so will your employees. With that growth you will have employees that will be loyal to your business and those that won't. This will help you to understand and continue people to grow and help you find what " Matters Most" to them.

Two Types of Boards
Hi there,
As you may have already heard on my Podcast or Anchor radio show, there are two types of boards in a cooperation. The first the board of directors for a company. Usually have members between 25-30 members. Each community member should have different strengths or weakness that they bring to the meetings. The meetings are for the purpose of making the business stronger and better, smarter,l proactive.
Within the infrastructure of the board there should be an executive board. It can have a minimum of 5 people no more that 12. They should have power over the budget, marketing, public image and perception as well as meet with the CEO. They should know the CEO personal, goals, hopes, dreams for the business. They should be able to ask more detailed and personal questions that do't normality have time for in front of the board.

Board Meetings
How? Why?, When?, Where,?
Hi There,
Now you are an executive with a desire to be bigger and better. One of the first things you should have is a Board of Directors.
What is a Board of Directors?:
A board of directors (B of D) is a group of individuals that are elected as, or elected to act as, representatives of the stockholders to establish corporate management related policies and to make decisions on major company issues.
Why? Should I get a Board of directors?
a.) They help you manage the business of being in business. Does that make sense?
b.) They are an inter-structual support system. The help you stay on task with your business.
c.) They help problem solve before the problem happens.
When? When do I begin this? The minute you decide you are going into business for yourself. The local SCORE has great examples of what this should look like. The BBB will help you understand how to become a a community business.
Where? Where ever you meet. Home base business can meet with their board of directors in board rooms that are for rent throughout their city. From the local library to the rent office space facility, you'll be able to find a place to meet.
Take your time, do your research and be smart about your choices. Be sure to listen to my radio station on Anchor at http://anchor.fm/Maria-Kamon-MKPDE. Not your thing, listen to my daily podcast. Team Playing!
Have you ever been part of a team? In school? Colleges? Work?
What is the first thing you learn. The skills of how to win the game.
What is the second thing you learn. In order for the first to happen you have to learn how to play as one person or member of the team.
1. Communication is the most important. Sometimes, it's done by facial expressions, hand signals, body movements. It is both the person communicating and the person receiving responsibility to understand.
2. It's important to sync times, dates, locations of meetings as well as rules, expectations, goals and behaviors.
3. Uniform, dress code. You can't show up and expect to play a baseball game in a dress and high heals can you? Then you shouldn't expect your employees to play your game without a uniform. The uniform makes people appear and feel like they are on a team. If this isn't clearly known than an employee is at liberty to dress as one feels or can afford. An employer should provide financial compensation for.
4. Salary: Are your players received compensation for what you have asked them to do? No, we'll than you can't expect much from them. You don't pay, they don't play. I used to have a friend in Mary Kay and her quote was always "No Ticky, No Washy" meaning you don't purchase a ticket and pay admission you are not allowed to participate. It was important for her to make money for herself first before she helped other people. There, I capture the flags, then I can help you learn how to do the same.

2016-2017 Fashion Season Pick Choice #3
Dolce and Gabbana
Hi there,
Have you ever had a young man ask you "What shall I were? The first time I was asked this I was taken by surprise at the reality that Men don't always from up with the experience of attending a variety of events. What is it with our society that we have stopped offering our youth the ability to mature and live a productive life.
Here are a few of my thoughts on this year's fashion season. It is a brave move from Dolce and Gabbana. From Kings to Lions to dog, how much can a young man bear in the world. We really do put our youth to the test.
I would say this season is trendy, cool and fresh! With its no sock policy and shorter pants leg, Dolce and Gabbana has taken the trend off the chart! How awesome is this. These kids have grown up carrying backpacks from the time they enter preschool and now they transition into young business professionals...
These young men know who they are and where they are going. Although temptation is all around them as woman walk around in lounger look clothing. They seem to be unfazed by the whole thing and keep focused on what they want to become in life. I love how this traditional years it is acceptable to carry whimsy around. Letting people around them know where they are in life.
Color and glamor our is no longer a stigma of are you gay or straight. They have the confidence to know who they are as individuals and will not let anyone lead them astray.
With freedom of speech these young men have the ability to say if they are dogs or followers of the King. With knowledge comes freedom, with freedom comes responsibility. I would say these young men know who they are caring , if it is friend or family. Maybe it is that they are caring
themselves.
With this as my third pick I say young people have a way of expression that has never been expired before. They are individuals.

2017-2018 Fashion Season Choice #2
2017 Spring Collection Pink Bride
2017-2018 Collection
Have you ever read the story of Chanel? If you haven't you should. She's an inspiring woman who created something out of nothing to Makena change in society forevermore.
Her cloths inspire woman all over the world.
I enjoy wearing them because of comfort and they laster generations and make one feel amazingly good.
The classic suit has now taken off to fit many generations. They made clothing with a young feel as well as other generations. I love how they mixed the pieces this season.
What do you think. What the video above and be amazed at all the styles he has to offer this season. I even seen a White House dress or two that I believe Mrs. Trump would look beautiful in.
Chanel, classic, lovely, feminine. What an though that they would have the perfecreceived in or have I received monetary conpensation.ation of clothing for a male. The one thing that intrigued me is the man bags... They look similar to the woman's. Are they? We have such different needs. Don't we?
Here are my thoughts from the slacks to the dresses there is nothing in Chanel's clothing line I wouldn't wear. Is there anything you, wouldn't wear. Look at the hem line and length of his gowns..
Also while looking check out the men's wear. Very elegant.
