How Social is Social? Workplace Questions?

Hi there,

I was thinking about the work / peer relationships how it affects the workplace.

Let's define:
so·cial
ˈsōSHəl/
adjective
  1. 1.
relating to society or its organization.

"alcoholism is recognized as a major social problem"
    synonyms:communalcommunitycollectivegroupgeneralpopularcivilpublicsocietal

    "a major social problem"
    • 2.
      ZOOLOGY
(of a bird) gregarious; breeding or nesting in colonies.
      synonyms:gregariousinteractional;
      organized

      "a uniquely social animal"
      noun
      1. 1.
an informal social gathering, especially one organized by the members of a particular club or group.

        "a church social"
        synonyms:partygatheringfunctionget-togethersoirée;
Social media are computer-mediated technologies that facilitate the creation and sharing of information, ideas, career interests and other forms of expression via virtual communities and networks. Wikipedia

When your in school you have your friends your with. By the time your in college the circle of friends usually get smaller. One has a good time finding people with the same common interest, goals and likes. Healthy competition makes people become better. The thing is we learn what we are about. Yes, I mean oneself. Getting to know others helps define who we are and how we accept others or do we force others?

That's why I am finding the influence of social media interesting. I don’t really know what we called it when I was in college. Maybe it was friends, friendship. How does social media affect the lives of social people? Do we stop being good friends, shen we call it social? It is interesting. One has to ask the question is what is written in social media truthful? How does one know truth from lies? Influences are there to influence what you purchase and how you see products. Retailing should not be forced. This is like drinking alcohol or drugs we are told to say no is acceptable. No! Don't drink alcohol and drive.

How does that define the workplace when the boundaries of social, social media, and friend all become one big fine line. Does this mean if I have thousands of following do I turn that into my employer when the position they offer? Although then the question of who I am comes into question. Why should I turn over my social media when I am the one that worked t building it. They get and understand what my goals are. Do I sell my following for a price?  If I do sell how d-es one price such a thing? All questions yet to be unanswered.

Know who your with. If you have a following, make sure you know your boundaries are. Test your social media to see if they speak truth or lies into life. If you feel threatened in anyway call the police. 911 or your local number for non emergency.

      Summarizing this blog.

      1.  Understand the difference between being social at work with co-workers and social media.

      2. Test truth spoken with actions and behavior.

      3. Make sure your following in social media is not following you in real life. Unless it's an appointment made and agreed upon. There are laws against stocking a person. Following them in real life for the sake of following them.

4,  if threaten in spirt thought or truth. 9all the police . If need to seek medical advice.

      Tart Are You?

      Hi there,

Tart anyone? With the change of more non-traditional wedding out the door or window. The presence is yours. Does the need for non-traditional wedding cake? Let's throw all etiquette out and discuss the reality that weddings have entered a phase where if you have the money and are willing to pay for it, then you should have it. It's acceptable solely cause you can afford it. There are games you can play, videos, movies all which depict the craziness of wedding planning. The need to be out of the box when young is understandable.

The joy of a wedding a commitment goes beyond a wedding. The day you plan for should be fun, exciting,

The groom should know who has his back. The intention towards him. The bride should have fun in her dancing shoes. I am all for the excitement a bride and groom feels when they realize they finally did it. Everyone knows they finally did it and no one can deny it.

The thing is with all the non-traditional wedding planning going on is the foundation good enough to stand time? I enjoy putting etiquette where etiquette should be. After the party, after the dancing, after the drunkenness, after the people who seek into the coat closet for a little quick moment. The etiquette stays, unless you broke it that day. It is like the foundation of a house. If a storm hits the walls may fall, the foundation stays. MK Pure Diamond Events believes a house without a good foundation doesn't stand. It's a house built on sand.

What are the basic of a good wedding? How tart is tart?

      Monday! Monday!

      Maria Kamon Photography "Angels Wings"

Monday, Monday so good to me! Monday Morning was all I hoped it would be.
What is the correct day for a:
      Anniversary
      Birthday
      Baptism
      Celebration
      Event
      Religious Event

We are always about the etiquette in formal events, I am a believer in etiquette. The proper conduct for the event you are planning. Number of people, Seating, Invitations the formality of this in events creates events that are orderly, people know what to expect, what not to expect, how to behave, how not to behave.
Still with this people will still choose to rebel.

This is where I believe angels wings come in. It is knowing that the day that you choose to plan your event has nothing to do with the day of the week the event is on.

It doesn't matter if your event is on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday. It has more to do with how you feel about the day. Etiquette wise it is important for you to consider how the day of the week will affect your:
      Guest
      Cost
      Transportation
      Hotel Stay
      Availability
Is the day about you only or you and all who attend?

Monday, it is so good to me! The day this person felt is the best day of the week for them. Good things happen on this day. Some feel it is Friday, others Wednesdays and others Sunday. It is about making the event you are planning special for yourself.

What day is good to you and did an angel have something to do with that?

      Monday! Monday!

Forced to Walk on Water False Persecution in Business

       Hi there, Reader;

Every morning I walk my dog. I am awake early because he has to go for a walk. I love that I don't get to sleep in or waste the time given to me because I have to get out of bed to take him for a walk. I also laugh because I come up with non-traditional topics for my business blog. Event planners always write about their events and their blogs are filled with beautiful pictures of their events. I also write about the business side of event planning or any business that uses ethic to run a or offer their customers | clients a quality service.

Business Ethics:  A written set of guidelines issued by an organization to its workers and management to help them conduct their actions in accordance with its primary values and ethical standards.

      Personal Ethics:
The basic principles and values that govern interactions among individuals. Sound personal ethics are typically those that positively impact the experience of others when used to govern an individual's social or business related behavior, and at the very least, such ethics should not have a negative impact on others.

In event planning you want to have a person plan your event that has both. Personal and Business Ethics. Why because as a person hiring another you want them. You want a person who has personal ethic, because they are dealing with your personal fiances in planning your wedding or event.

You as the client or customer want a person who has business ethics because they will deliver what is written in the contract. If for some reason "Act's of God", they will be able to help you cope. "Acts of God" happen and event planners can't control them. Every venue has it written in their contracts. There is no walking on water in business. It is all about what is in your contract. No miracle making. Expect when the date or time of the event you wanted and the venue was booked and suddenly there is an availability. Okay, maybe there are miracles in event planning. The false persecution about ones personal faith and believe is an illegal act. Where we meet you is our workplace, therefore the laws of the state govern work place behavior. Making ethics and etiquette important. You pay for the service and then you get what you pay for. The negotiating on contracts is what you hired the event planner for. The ability to find the right pricing for you. Along with her ability to design, plan, implement the event within the budget you have. It doesn't matter if it is a wedding, meeting, event. They all have the same principles applied.

It is different than etiquette: Etiquette (/ˈɛtɨkɛt/ or /ˈɛtɨkɪt/French: [e.ti.kɛt]) is a code of behavior that delineates expectations for social behavior according to contemporary conventional norms within a societysocial class, or group.
There are certain etiquette, that is to be followed in planning events. MK Pure Diamond Events enjoys using etiquette to design, plan, produce and implement events. We love what we do and hopefully you will give us the chance to show you just how great your event can be when you sign a contract with MK Pure Diamond Events to plan your next event. Our prices are competitive.
