What Day Is It?

Hi there,

Too many things to talk about. To little time to do it all in. What day is it? Talk, talk, talk, how many event planners have you called or talk to? What is it? We know your a DYI planner. What day is it? Did you know my office does mind sharing information when your honest with me.
What day is it?

The truth is most businesses love talking about their business, their passion and the reason for the event. Just like your excited about your event. I'm excited about the

  1. Know the questions you want to ask?
  2. What date is it?
  3. What your budget is?
  4. Location?
  5. Time of day.
1. Do your research are they an ever company that enjoys helping people? Not all event companies are created equal. Honesty some would rather not spend their time one your questions if your not going to pay for their service.

2. Be honest let the event planner know you have no intention of purchasing their service and you still need advice. Would they be willing to help.

3.  Respect their time and don't keep them on the phone more than 10 or 15 minutes. The business is doing you a favor and therefore you should respect the person speaking with you.

4. As a courtesy tell other about the event planner you consulted with.  Word of mouth referrals are important. Therefore, when you speak highly of the person you helping the event planner. Who knows you may not want their service, someone you know might.
