Event Planning Made Simple

 
 
 
Grab a chair sit down and watch, that is what we are expected to do at any event where there is an event with someone as the guest of honor.
 
The event planner like the average man begins with the same three thoughts that you should begin your event planning with.
 
1. Date....
 
2. Budget....
 
3. Location....
 
The first thing asked by any venue is what is the date of the event?  They don't want to waste your time. You don't want to waste your time.
 
Budget....Can you afford the venue? The cost of the event? Who wants to spend hours planning to find out they can't afford the event?
 
Location...Location cost money and money is time. It's fun to look at all the venues and location but the reality is why spend the time and money if you can't afford the venues.
