Morning Walks in the Moment or in the Event Future?

Hi there, Reader;

I wake up every morning and think, thank you for this day! Honestly, I don't consciencely think that way, however I know I should. I do look at the sky to see they type of day it will be. I am grateful for the day.  This Morning I looked at the sky to the west and remembered a business trip I was on and a conversation I had with a young man who was tying to make it as a professional baseball player. He was on his way to Puerto Rico for summer league after playing the semester college team.
One of the things I enjoy doing is painting. I was looking out the window when I saw clouds in the layering of the sky. I know it sound silly, the clouds looked different, could be I had been on a plan all night and it was sunrise. However, it was such a clear day you could see for miles. You could see done for miles and you could across for miles. As if you could walk on the clouds. People have tried to paint them before never comes out exactly as beautiful as it was. Demonsions, depth, length, height, size matter are difficult to capture in painting.
It was a little walk today. The west sky was blue and grey to the west, the east sky had a different look. The sky to the east looked like the sun was entering the neighbors house. How strange I though.

  I know that young man thought I was a little crazy, just another mature woman who is dreaming of clouds it wasn't like that. I wasn't dreaming of clouds I was thinking if I cloud paint it better than the greats I have studied. How could I explain this to a youth who is only thinking about himself? How can one explain the beauty that you are seeing and they are not because the person is so busy thinking about themselves to understand the point of what my words were speaking?
It is like this in event planning. People miss the moment of their life's because they are so busy thinking about what they want, need or trying to achieve. Will that baseball player I met on the plane ever become a major leaguer, I don't know. Will I ever become a professional painter, I don't think so I have taught art classes, been a docent, however never thought of myself a professional artist. It is what I do to relax from work. How many events have I planned where the people are so busy worrying that they are missing the point? Was that baseball player who went to his suitcase to get his baseball mitt in the moment listening to me or more interested in his future. He wanted to catch the baseballs. He was ready prepared. So, was I. I had my computer my business items everything I needed for the moment of planning the event I was taking the business trip for. However, the plane was in a much more beautiful moment in the sky and the reality of that moment, stopped me from thinking about the future allowing me to enjoy myself. The young man was busy thinking about his future and missed the moment.

Tips for enjoying your event and not missing the moment.

Tip 1. Listen to the professionals and don't try try to think, I have planned parties before I know what it am doing. I don't need your advice.

Tip 2. Plan to be in the moment. Prepare all your professionals before hand and have all final payments in the form of cashiers checks ready the day of your event. If you didn't hire an event planning services like MK Pure Diamond Events then you will have interruptions the inter event.

Tip 3. Photography sessions can intruit the flow of the event if not planned correctly, therefore plan couples pictures appropriately for the time that fits your event. Formal photo sessions help. Have a list and someone to get the people you want a formal photo session with. You could even do. Timeline. Know that while you are taking photos your guest need to know what to do or they will leave your event because they are bored waiting. This applies to meetings, events, weddings.

Tip 4. There is a difference between being in the moment and trying to control your future. One does not garentee the other.  Things happen in the moment that determine the future.

Tip 5 Remember those attending the event you plan are their for you. You invited them. Make sure you send time with each person. If you have too many guest attending to be with each person, make a thank you speech thanking them for attending. Send a thank you note after the event.
