Tech Talk

Hi there,

Today's talk on Anchor  Best Planner Apps titled Tech Talk was taken from n article in Smart Magazine. Please feel free to listen to my radio show or Podcast. It is important to understand apps, software have to be purchased to run a professional meeting, seminar, conference.

I have concluded that there is no such software out there that is all inclusive. When planning a seminar or conference one needs to be able to:

1. Do all the preliminary needs, task of the event planner such as, agendas, committing meeting tracking antilitics , attendee registration, floorplans , timelines , speakers tracking and room list, budget and budget tracking.

2. Attendee registration, social media tracking, postings. Allow attendees to capture themselves on big screen, play games at break outs, photograph capture, interact with attendees have relevant information for attendees or update attendees on any room changes scheduled changes, lost and found items posted.

3. Communication: with staff, committees, attendee, text, store vital information for those attending as well as speakers, have a way to guarantee security and public safety.
