Many times I have been asked. Why do you ask me what my budget is? Here are some reasons. I hope you'll understand. My first concern is to make sure you can afford me. Seriously, there are people who want and can't afford. There are those who can afford and don't want. The best way to be is to make sure what you want you can't you can afford.

I enjoy helping people who are thinking of more than just the wedding. Why? The "Wedding Day" last one day, unusually 10-12 hours. How many minutes is that? Your future together is for the rest of your lives.

• The average San Diego Wedding Cost approximately $35,000. It takes a year to plan if you are not purchasing a package from a hotel venue. Hotel's never include all the details you want.

• The average amount of time spent planning you  wedding by a wedding planner varies from couple to couple. However, my best guest is about 3-4 months going to work 8 hours a day 5 days a week.  That's approximately 2400 hours your wedding planner spends on your wedding. If you take the 10% she charges you divided by 2400 hours that will come out to approximate $1.40 per hour.

• Purchasing a home/house is the same thing. You want to add furnishing,  it cost extra. Sometimes you can find it withing budget, Other times you can not. If it's a new house you'll need.to make landscape decision, you'll have to add decor appliances, lighting, security, floral and much more.

• What are the chances you'll come in within budget? Not likely when purchasing a new home.

• Weddings are the same thing? You as the wedding couple see one thing, budget for one thing  and then you want more. You changed your mind. With that you want to blame the wedding planner, because she said it will cost you. It wasn't in the original contract. Just like your new home/house wasn't something you ever thought about. This would look good, that would look good. Up goes the budget and there goes the new house you were planning on purchasing, because now you owe your wedding planner in this case MK Pure Diamond Events more money.

The difference is the wedding planner assist you in keeping things within budget. We assist, we don't force you, we don't beat you it is something you signed a contract for. You know have changed your mind. That's normal. However, if the couple chooses different things along the way, it is likely they will cost.

Read the contract before signing it. Make sure you can afford it. Know that for changing it you will pay a price.
