Speech What is a good Speach Composed Of.

Hi there, Reader:

How great it is when one gets asked to be a speaker. I for many years was asked to speak at California State University, San Marcos, California, as well as the chamber of commerce, high schools and other places. It was always a pleasure and public speaking fears is something I over came in in high school and college.

Since, I got paid for this post, I must say, I was always prepared. There are several things one needs to know before giving a speech. The first I have to thank my children for. They brought me into modern times when they had to teach me how to put my visual presentations to from poster-board to PowerPoint. Talk about a mom feeling stupid.  Many of you have grown up in the computer era and therefore don't think twice about it. I grew up in a different era. When classroom presentations were just book reports. Today our children are able to present many different types of topics, not only book reports they can do special projects or even write their own book. Depending on thee grade and the teacher.

However; a public speech still has its components. A speech always has three parts.
  1. Beginning
  2. Middle
  3. Conclusion
In the beginning of the speak one should explain the topic or subject. What the person expects to get from it and what will happen during the time frame allotted.

The middle should discuss the topic or subject.  This should include a good argument about why one believes what one believes and should have the information well presented. It should have visual presentation. Any graphs, photographs, diagrams should all be presented at this time.

The conclusion should put all these things together. State any findings and also give them a time and date you will be speaking the next time for further information.  It is best to also have a time to answer any questions you presentation might have created.

I suggest you also look up presentation style one of the websites I found that has some helpful tips is Presentation Tips for Public Speaking

Please see the disclaimer at contact page of this blog. I was not paid for presenting this company.  You can contact Maria Kamon (c)TM for public speaking by emailing her at mkpurediamondevents@gmail.com. The topics can be anything from event planning, wedding planning, meeting planning to personal relationships. If you are a church who would like her to speak on any of these topics, unfortunate as a single person, mom, woman I have to earn a living therefore, I can no longer donate my time or service. I regret that I have to list that fact on this blog. Volunteer organizations should value the time and services of others and be willing to pay for it.
